For this two part self-initiated project, I tasked myself with creating a children's book from scratch with Sanam Blakesley, a Creative Writing student. Together we imagined Loony Sal's, a children’s book which focuses on eccentric guinea pig ‘Sal’, who runs a saloon and creates a variety of strange drinks.
I then wanted to design a range of props that could bring this book to life for my university's End of Year Show.

Inspired by the strange concoctions in Sal's Saloon I decided to take these ideas, add a bit of alcohol, and design a range of drinks, records and posters that you would find if you were inside the saloon yourself.
